Our pet products are 100% Made in the USA with the finest of ingredients. Every ingredient is all natural and of the highest purity. The shelf life is over 2 years. This is good to know for those that want to stock up on our products.
You may, within the first hour of order placement, cancel an unprocessed order (before the ship notice) for a full no questions asked refund. Once we have sent the shipped notice email with tracking number we can not simply cancel an order at that point.

Our formulas are engineered by Ph.D. Chemists, Pet Nutritionists, and more with heavy focus on quality control, flavor and consistency. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from pet to pet. We can not accept returns on products that do not meet their personal flavor expectations. We recommend purchasing a single bottle to determine if our product is a match for your pets personal taste.
Due to strict Quality Control guidelines, open and partially used products will never be re-used for any purpose, hence we can not accept it.
Large volume orders, wholesale orders and custom orders can not be returned, nor exchanged.
We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (as per the packing slip, we shipped you an incorrect item, etc.). The product must be new and unused.
We are not responsible for issues you may encounter with our products used with ANY OTHER MANUFACTURERS/OR OTHER VENDORS PRODUCTS.

By calling 949-420-9252 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an issue, you will be given a return materials authorization (RMA). Once the items are shipped by you (at your cost) and received by us and inspected to actually be faulty – you will receive a full refund (or exchange) to include your shipping costs paid (maximum USPS Priority Small Box Flat Rate). If the materials that are returned are proven not faulty, or faulty due to mishandling or improper use – an exchange may be granted, however a refund for shipping costs will not be given.
